Memorabilia Market EU (hereinafter: the \u201cPlatform\u201d) is an online marketplace designed to connect buyers with independent sellers of sports cards, sports memorabilia, and other collectible items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Platform operates solely as a technical intermediary infrastructure and is not the seller of the listed products<\/strong>. Each product is offered by an independent seller who enters into a direct sales agreement with the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Platform does not own the listed items, does not determine their condition, pricing, or authenticity, and does not assume any responsibility for the execution of individual sales transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By using the Platform, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Platform acts only as a technical intermediary, and that sellers are solely responsible for the sale, payment arrangements, delivery, and compliance of the listed items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To complete a purchase, registration of a user account may be required. The buyer is obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to update it when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The buyer is responsible for the security of their user account, including safeguarding login credentials. Any activity carried out through the user account shall be considered as activity of the buyer themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Platform shall not be liable for any damage resulting from unauthorized access to the user account if such access occurred due to the buyer\u2019s actions or failure to act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By placing an order, the buyer submits a binding offer to purchase a product from the selected seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The sales contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the seller<\/strong> in accordance with the agreed terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Platform enables the technical execution of the order and communication between the buyer and the seller, but does not process payments and does not act as a contractual party in the sales relationship<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The buyer purchases products at their own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All product prices are set independently by the sellers. Prices are displayed in the currency specified for each product and may or may not include shipping costs, as indicated in the offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payment is made directly between the buyer and the seller.<\/strong> The Platform does not process payments, does not hold funds, and does not act as a payment intermediary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Platform does not guarantee that prices are accurate or aligned with the current market value.<\/strong> All delivery details (method, costs, and delivery time) are agreed directly between the buyer and the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer is obliged to inspect its condition and report any irregularities to the seller without undue delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The seller is solely responsible for the authenticity, description, origin, and condition of the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Platform does not verify the physical authenticity of products; however, in the event of reports, violations, or suspected misuse, it may take appropriate measures in accordance with its rules, including restricting or removing listings or user accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Platform does not verify the market value or pricing appropriateness of listed products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, returns, or complaints directly with the seller<\/strong> from whom the product was purchased, in accordance with applicable legislation and the seller\u2019s terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded where permitted by law (e.g., in the case of collectible items whose value depends on market fluctuations).<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Platform may provide technical support in communication but is not responsible for handling or resolving returns or complaints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For high-value items (e.g., items exceeding \u20ac1000), buyers are advised to exercise additional caution and verify the seller and product before completing a transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the event of a dispute, the buyer and the seller shall first attempt to reach an amicable agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Platform may assist in communication but does not act as a mediator or decision-maker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For support: The Platform shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The liability of the Platform is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Platform shall not be liable for any financial loss resulting from transactions conducted between users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Platform\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These terms are prepared in the Slovenian language. In the event of translations, the Slovenian version shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Platform reserves the right to amend these terms.
