INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.1.<\/strong> These Terms and Conditions for Sellers (hereinafter: <em>Terms<\/em>) govern the rights and obligations of sellers (hereinafter: <em>Seller<\/em>) on the online platform <strong>Memorabilia Market EU<\/strong> (hereinafter: <em>Platform<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.2.<\/strong> The platform is operated by <strong>Mitja Mugerle (Slovenia)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.3.<\/strong> The Platform operates as an intermediary marketplace platform and <strong>is not the seller of the products listed on the Platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.4.<\/strong> By registering, listing products, or using a seller account, the Seller confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. PLATFORM STATUS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.1.<\/strong> The Platform provides <strong>technical infrastructure only<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>listing offers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communication between users,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support in using the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.2.<\/strong> The Platform:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>is not the owner of the products,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>does not participate in the sales contract,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>does not guarantee the success of sales,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>does not assume responsibility for the fulfillment of obligations between the Buyer and the Seller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.3.<\/strong> The sales contract is always concluded <strong>directly between the Seller and the Buyer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. REGISTRATION AND SELLER ACCOUNT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.1.<\/strong> The Seller must have a valid user account with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.2.<\/strong> The Platform reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>conduct additional identity verification,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request supporting documentation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reject or terminate a seller account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.3.<\/strong> The Seller is solely responsible for the security of their account and all activities carried out through it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. PRODUCTS AND LISTINGS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.1.<\/strong> The Seller guarantees that all listed products are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>original,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>legal,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compliant with applicable laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.2.<\/strong> The sale of counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.3.<\/strong> Product descriptions must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>accurate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clear,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not misleading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.4.<\/strong> Photos must represent the actual product. The use of images from the internet or other platforms is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Platform reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that is misleading, unrealistic, or negatively impacts the quality and trust of the marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. PRICES, COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.1.<\/strong> The Seller independently determines the selling price of their products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.2.<\/strong> The Platform currently does not charge any commission for listing or selling products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.3.<\/strong> The Platform reserves the right to introduce commissions in the future, of which users will be informed in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.4.<\/strong> The Platform acts solely as an intermediary for listing advertisements and <strong>does not participate in payment transactions between the Buyer and the Seller<\/strong>. All payments are made directly between users. The Platform <strong>is not responsible for any disputes, failed payments, or any issues arising from transactions between users<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Platform reserves the right to request price adjustments or remove listings that significantly deviate from the market value without justified reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.1.<\/strong> The Seller is fully responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>timely shipment,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proper packaging,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accurate delivery information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.2.<\/strong> All agreements regarding delivery method, costs, and shipping time are arranged directly between the Buyer and the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.3.<\/strong> The Platform does not participate in the organization of delivery and <strong>is not responsible for any delays, loss of shipments, or other delivery-related issues arising from agreements between the Buyer and the Seller<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. LIABILITY AND DISPUTES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.1.<\/strong> The Seller is fully responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>product compliance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communication with the Buyer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fulfillment of the sales contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.2.<\/strong> The Platform is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>disputes between buyers and sellers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>non-delivery,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>financial losses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.3.<\/strong> The Platform reserves the right to intervene in case of violations of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller is fully responsible for setting fair and reasonable prices and for ensuring that listings do not mislead buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. VIOLATIONS AND SANCTIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.1.<\/strong> In case of violations, the Platform may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>remove a product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>temporarily restrict an account,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>permanently disable access,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>withhold payouts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.2.<\/strong> The decision of the Platform is final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Platform may take action against listings that harm the credibility or integrity of the marketplace, including listings with unrealistic pricing or misleading information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. CHANGES TO TERMS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.1.<\/strong> The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.2.<\/strong> The valid version is always published on this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
