Memorabilia Market EU reserves the right to perform additional identity verification and temporarily or permanently restrict access in case of irregularities.
2. Originality and description of products
All products published on the platform must be original. Counterfeit products are strictly prohibited.
The seller is fully responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness and legality of the product description and compliance with applicable legislation.
3. Photos
The seller must use their own photos of the actual product.
Using images from the internet, other platforms, or promotional materials without permission is not permitted.
4. Prices and payments
The seller independently determines the price of the product.
Memorabilia Market EU does not participate in payments and does not provide a payment system within the platform. The Platform does not process payments, does not store payment data, and does not act as a payment intermediary.
All payments are made exclusively directly between the buyer and the seller, at their own risk.
The Platform does not guarantee that prices are accurate or aligned with the current market value.
The seller is responsible for setting fair and reasonable prices and ensuring that listings are not misleading.
The Platform reserves the right to request price adjustments or remove listings that significantly deviate from market value without justified reason.
5. Shipping
The seller is fully responsible for the packaging, shipping, delivery of the product and the accuracy of the delivery information.

6. Payments
